Hey guys!  Today I want to talk about "a monster calls" The idea about the book was made by Siobhan Dowd who died from cancer. 😢 Then a year or so after she died they got a new person to carry on her book. That guys name was Patrick Ness. It has so many illustrations too but the books with illustrations are rare now. Im lucky to get to read one with the illustrations. The guy who made the illustrations made the picutures using not paints but, nature. Fun, right?  The man character is Conor a boy whos mom is slowly dying from cancer. See the connection Siobhan and Conors mom... Huh, huh. Nudge* nudge* The book will make you cry, laugh, and probably cringe who knows. If you tenderhearted dont read the book.
